I had a very lovely/relaxed experience buying my new mini, Charlie Warwick was amazing even though he was quite new to the job at the end of last year, he went above and beyond to help us get the car we wanted, keeping me updated along the way.

Service we got from Helen was exceptional. Easy to book in, she kept us fully informed and arranged for the warranty work to be done quickly, but prior to this on delivery of the vehicle there was a complete breakdown of communication.

The servicing was excellent. However, despite having pre-arranged it, there was no courtesy car and so someone had to drive me back home and then collect me at the end of the day. This left me with no car and at a rural home
