Tamara Thomas, my sales lady was absolutely fantastic. No task or question was too much to ask and she always ensured that I was fully satisfied with any enquiry. Karen the brand manager there was also very helpful. I cannot commend Tam enough!

Not happy. You gave me back the vehicle, then asked about an hour later if i wanted the addblu topped up, yes I did, but by then it was too late. You also said my brake discs were pitted and need replacing but it sailed through the MOT only in April

Only had a MOT which went well. Comfortable waiting area with help yourself tea and coffee. Advisory for brake pads replacement which I have booked. Only gave 8 out of 10 as we couldn't quite understand what was being said.

Speedy apointment. Booking in was quick and service arranged on a while you wait basis so was completed in a couple of hours. Amy was very helpful through the whole process including taking out a service plan when the car was collected

Garage could not log the car into the DVLA Hence I had a wasted trip. Since there were no provision to override and complete manually again a waste of everbodies time especially mine. Returned next day and alas had to wait a further 2 3/4 hrs poor CS

Satisfied yes but the price for a service should be on the website despite what work might need doing. It's rather underhand to email saying your car needs a service with no transparency. I don't like that.
