I was able to book my car in at a convenient date/time and a courtesy car was also provided for my use. The staff, as always, were friendly and helpful. I was not kept waiting long upon arrival and my car was ready by the time they said it would be

The customer service agent I dealt with AMY was 5 star . Welcomed , listened and answered my queries. She told we what would be done , did it, told me when it was finished and kept me informed throughout. Excellent customer centric behaviours.

Special mention to Conor Sales. Booking website was and is atrocious but Conor made sure my car was MOT'd as requested and brake service carried out - which I didn't realise was needed. No call-back to confirm requirements from Call Centre though.

I ended up not having a service as my warning light was for an m.o.t (which was coming up the wrong date)but it was not a wasted journey as there was a call back on my charging lead and they replaced this as well as correcting my m.o.t warning

Car march 24 sos button on constant redial very dangerous to drive and concentrate. Took car to mini after contacting roadside assist. They were helpful but we had to pay 33.50 for a taxi home. Very disappointed about that.
