Can't fault all the effort and assistance Amelia provided, which was, in my view, exceptional, particularly as there were some IT issues. She really went the extra mile to ensure that I received the best possible experience.

Darren Nolan was excellent. He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. He made the transition from old Mini to new Mini seem easy. He called a day or so after handing over our new car to make sure everything was ok.

Of all the cars that I've bought in my 77 years this was by far the most impressive and enjoyable of them all. Charlie Warwick treated every enquiry as if it was a pleasure to help and absolutely nothing was too much trouble.
